Adult Bible Fellowship

Some people like to call them Sunday School classes. But they are more. We call them Adult Bible Fellowships and that’s what they are.
  • Adult: They are for college age and up, to meet their needs.
  • Bible: They major on the teaching and application of the Word of God to daily living.
  • Fellowship: They also major on relationships and caring love – a huge need in our world.
Our Adult Bible Fellowships focus on taking the timeless truth of God’s Word and bringing it to life – your life.

Led by a gifted Bible teacher, each ABF is designed to help you grow as a believer, to help you have victory in your daily walk with the Lord, and to serve Him with your own unique gifts and talents. You’ll also meet friends-for-life, people with common needs, people who will encourage you, rejoice with you, and pray with you.

Whatever your age or stage in life, there’s a group for you. So select a class, grab a cup of coffee, build some relationships, relax, meet people just like you, investigate the Bible and grow spiritually.

WHY DO WE HAVE ABFs?
  1. Fellowship. Adults can get Bible teaching from sermons, tapes, the radio, home Bible studies and Sunday School. Surveys from around the country show among adults who come to Sunday School, the number one reason is fellowship. Relationships! Getting to know others. Therefore, the Sunday session is built around it and so is the Bible study.
  2. Bible. The Bible is featured and the ABFs challenge adults to study God’s Word and apply it. We desire for you to do more than believe the Bible, but also see its personal application and want to apply the principles.
  3. Ministry. ABFs involve many more people in ministry than the traditional Sunday School. The opportunities are a fulfillment of the commands of the Bible related to caring about people.
WHICH CLASS SHOULD I ATTEND?
There are four ABF classes for you to choose from.
  1. In the library upstairs, they will be doing a video study called "Liquid - Mirror Image".
  2. In the ABF room downstairs they will be doing a study on the book of Ecclesiastes.
  3. Also downstairs is the women's ABF that will be doing a study called "Calm My Anxious Heart".
  4. Upstairs we will be offering a new ABF called "Harvest E-Free: Up Close and Personal". This will give you a chance to learn more about our church, the ministries, and why we do what we do. To find out the schedule for this class, click here.
